Over a period of 3 years we were engaged on a number of projects to implement systems for the production area of a top level motorsport team. These included a system to track and record production, testing and subsequent usage of electronics components, manufactured both in house and externally sourced. This system had multiple web service links to fault recording systems, design office systems and component lifing systems, in addition to utilizing barcode readers and printers to label and identify components. The system was successfully delivered utilizing agile development methodology (Scrum) and is now in its sixth season of use.

A later project delivered enhancements to a shop floor data collection system operated via touchscreen terminals, which was used to record time spent on production of machined parts and composite components within the motorsport factory. This was a project of short duration but one which was time critical in order to be available in time for the new car build during the winter off-season.
